The buyer, the seller, or both. You agree the split as part of the deal terms. Escrow.com sets the fee, based on the transaction amount.
How does engagement tracking work?
Your Dealroom tracks views, page engagement and time spent so you can see which leads are returning, what they are reviewing and where interest is building across a deal.
Can I control who accesses a Dealroom?
Yes. You can control viewing, downloads and signing, revoke access when needed, and keep an audit trail of activity.
How does eSigning work?
You can request electronic signatures inside the Dealroom, and signing activity is recorded with a Certificate of Completion and audit trail. Legal requirements can vary by document type and jurisdiction.
